After another dominant win over a playoff team from a year ago to move to 2-0, a 27-18 win over the Washington Redskins, Micah Parsons decried his snap count limit.

Micah told reporters after the game: "I just hope I'm full-go. Honestly it's pissing me off. I tell them it does more worse than good, I get tight and stuff. Hopefully they just let me off man, can't hold a dog back forever."

Sorry Michael, I mean Micah, with the way the team is playing it's better safe than sorry being so early in the season. Green Bay is a Super Bowl contender and the season is a marathon, not a sprint.

According to ftnfantasy.com, Micah played 30 snaps in Week 1 against Detroit (45%) and 47 snaps in Week 2 against Washington (68%). The Packers plan is smart and effective. Micah was a hold-in and had an injured back throughout training camp, no sense rushing him back so soon to potentially suffer an injury of some kind when the defense, and the entire team, is already playing so well.

At the time of writing this, Micah has been removed from the injured list against Cleveland. That doesn't mean it's time to let the dog run wild just yet.

With a de facto bye week upcoming in Week 3 against Cleveland, the Pack would be smart to continue to limit Micah's snaps and keep the dog on the leash for one more week. But once the Pack invade Jerry World in Week 4, remove the leash and let the dog eat.
